1. What We Collect
When you engage with us, we collect:
- Your contact information — name, email, phone number, business name, mailing address
- Your communication preferences — including your consent to receive SMS, email, and phone communications
- Your booking details — meeting times, business context, and the goals you share when you schedule a call
- Your engagement data — the information you share with your coach during Full Circle, Power Days, Circle Plus, or Chief Sharper Officer engagements
- Your usage data — pages visited, time on site, and how you found us, captured through standard analytics tools
- Your communications — messages, emails, and meeting recordings shared with our team
We don't collect anything we don't need. Every field on every form earns its place.
2. Why We Collect It
Your information powers the work we do for you:
- We schedule and run discovery calls, coaching sessions, and consultations
- We deliver the Sharper services you've signed up for
- We send appointment confirmations, reminders, and program-related updates
- We respond to your questions and provide support
- We sharpen our content, services, and website based on what's actually working
- We meet our legal obligations
3. SMS / Text Messaging — How It Works
When you opt in to receive SMS from Sharper Business Solutions, here's the deal:
- What we send. Appointment confirmations. Coaching session reminders. Program updates. Follow-up messages from your coach or our team. Occasional notes about resources or events tied to your business growth.
- How often. Frequency varies based on where you are in your engagement with us. During an active program, expect multiple messages per week. Outside an active engagement, expect very few.
- Carrier rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.
- How to opt out. Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one final confirmation message and we won't text you again.
- How to get help. Reply HELP any time, or email [email protected].
- Carriers. The program is supported on every major U.S. carrier — AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and the rest. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We don't sell your data. We share it only in three narrow situations:
- With service providers we use to run our business — CRM, scheduling, payment processing, hosting, email. Every one of them is bound by confidentiality and may only use your data to deliver their service to us.
- When the law requires it — court order, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
- In a business transition — if Sharper is ever part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data moves with the business under the same protections.
We do not share mobile opt-in data, consent records, or phone numbers with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Our site uses cookies and standard analytics tools (Google Analytics and similar) to understand what's working on the site and what isn't. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.
6. How We Protect Your Information
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to keep your data secure. No system on the internet is perfect, but we work hard to protect what you trust us with.

- Delete it (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of marketing communications any time
