As a former Chief of Staff and Integrator, AJ understands what it takes to implement a business framework, maintain a positive culture, establish and improve processes and procedures all while growing revenue. She has served in the United States Air Force for almost 20 years and carries the mentality of “People First, Mission Always.”

Though she has knowledge in all aspects of business, AJ’s expertise is in People Operations. Her greatest business accomplishment to date is the contribution she made in building a company culture that is widely considered to be outstanding, serving as the Director of Human Capital for what became the largest real estate investing firm on the Gulf Coast. She built the division from the ground up and led to hockey stick growth booming from 10 employees with 1 market and less than $1MM in revenue annually to a team of over 200 in 8 markets hitting $20MM and over 1,000 transactions.

AJ is passionate about leading coachable, hungry teams to long-term success. She knows how to uncover potential, identify efficiency gaps, and achieves massive results through SMART action.
