Once you have completed your Resource Day, your Monthly leadership meeting with the CEO and the COO is called the CSO Meetings.
After 13 weeks these will change to biweekly meetings. A Chief Sharper Officer will host this meeting via Zoom. They will provide you with the insight and resources you need to take your business to the next level while providing accountability for these key leaders of the business. They will assist with operational efficiency, process auditing, organizational development, change management, profit protection, KPI dashboards, automation audits, CTQ consulting and so much more. You will also have email and text access to your assigned CSO.
Your weekly “in the business” meeting for your entire leadership team is called a
RISE Meeting
A certified Sharper Meeting Moderator will host this meeting via Zoom to hold the structure and get the most out of this vital time. We will report key metrics, check in on your ninety-day sprints, address critical to quality issues, and identify process improvement opportunities. The meeting with the same moderator will be held at the same time each week. Sharper Full Circle engages your entire time to make sure we all RISE together!
Your process mapping meeting is called
Systems 60 Meetings
A certified Sharper Process Mapper will host this meeting via Zoom with the key members of your team that participate in the chosen processes. We will host 5 of these meetings between Resources Day and Inspiration & Systems Days. They will extract the steps you take in each process that makes up your business and identify the key process indicators that we need to identify challenges in the business.
After your 5 set-up meetings, your Systems 60 Meetings will be weekly. Your certified Sharper Process Mapper will extract the steps you take in each process that makes up your business and identify the key process indicators that we need to identify challenges in the business.
90 Days after Power Days Quarterly Review
This is a full day at your office with a Sharper Consultant reviewing performance over the last quarter, setting objectives for the coming quarter, and creating the commitments to get there.
90 Days after your first Quarterly Review is another Quarterly Review.
This is a full day at your office with a Sharper Consultant reviewing performance over the last quarter, setting objectives for the coming quarter, and creating the commitments to get there.
90 Days after your Quarterly Review is your
Annual Planning Session.
