RISE Meetings

with your Sharper Moderator

A certified Sharper Meeting Moderator will host this meeting via Zoom to hold the structure and get the most out of this vital time. We will report key metrics, check in on your ninety-day sprints, address critical to quality issues, and identify process improvement opportunities.

The meeting with the same moderator will be held at the same time each week. Sharper Full Circle engages your entire time to make sure we all RISE together!

Systems 60 Meetings

with your Sharper Process Mapper

A certified Sharper Process Mapper will host this meeting via Zoom with the key members of your team that participate in the chosen processes.

We will host 5 of these meetings following the in-person consultation.

They will extract the steps you take in each process that makes up your business and identify the key process indicators that we need to identify challenges in the business.
