Noah is a coach with Sharper Business Solutions who helps business owners and real estate investors cut through noise, diagnose what’s actually broken inside their sales and marketing systems, and rebuild them in a way teams can execute with confidence. (And have fun while doing it).
Long before “digital marketing” was a buzzword, Noah was building businesses online. He launched his first e-commerce website in 1996 — before Google existed — and spent the next decade advising entrepreneurs across global markets on how to adapt, grow, and scale through constant change. His background spans global consulting, agency leadership, and executive strategy, including work with high-level organizations, the Luxury Marketing Council in Manhattan, and board service with one of the world’s largest hospitality and sales associations in New York City.
For the past several years, Noah has focused almost exclusively on real estate investing businesses. He has implemented sales and marketing systems for hundreds of firms and is especially known for identifying why sales teams stall — whether it’s unclear process, broken handoffs, weak accountability, or incentives that quietly undermine performance.
In Quarterly and CSO calls, Noah is direct, calm, precise and quick to connect. He’s known for asking the question no one else is asking, identifying the real constraint quickly, and helping leadership teams focus on the few moves that actually matter — instead of chasing more tactics.
Clients work with Noah when they want fewer opinions, clearer direction, and a sales organization that finally operates with discipline and confidence.
